Vegastars Login NZ: The Right Address, Fixes by Symptom and How to Reach Support
Short answer: The address is www.vegastars12.com, with the New Zealand version at /en-NZ/, and you sign in with your email or username plus your password. vegastars.com forwards to the same site, and the Help Centre’s own advice is “Only trust vegastars12.com”. If the password is rejected, the “Forgot password?” link gets Vegastars to email you a reset link. If the site won’t open, type the address by hand and turn off any VPN, which clause 9.7 of the terms prohibits anyway. Still locked out after that? Use live chat or [email protected]; Vegastars publishes no phone number.
If you already have a Vegastars account, this login guide picks up from there: which address to type, what a given sign-in error probably means, and who at Vegastars deals with which problem. Everything here comes from three Vegastars sources, checked 2 October 2026: the terms and conditions (T&C), the Help Centre and the wording on its own sign-in screens. No account yet? Begin with our Vegastars register guide. The licence, games and banking are covered in our overview of Vegastars casino online for New Zealand.
Where to sign in
Vegastars runs one working casino site, www.vegastars12.com. Its site settings list eleven domains, and we tried each of them on 2 October 2026. Only that address opened the casino. Three forwarded to it and three returned an error page; the remaining four showed login screens for invitation-only VIP sites on the same platform.
In practice, searching “Vegastars 11” or “Vegastars 1” still lands you on the right site after a redirect, whereas the vegastars5, 7 and 8 mirrors are dead ends. Search engines also suggest “Vegastars 4” and “Vegastars 10”. Neither vegastars4.com nor vegastars10.com is on Vegastars’ list, so don’t sign in on either. Under Vegastars’ licence, the Tobique Gaming Commission’s validator lists two domains: www.vegastars.com and www.vegastars12.com. Our page about the genuine Vegastars web address has the full mirror map.
Signing in on a computer or phone
On a computer, open www.vegastars12.com/en-NZ/ and choose Login. The form takes your email or username with your password. Either identifier is accepted, which is handy if you can’t remember which email you registered with. Get the combination wrong and you’ll see “Invalid email or password”, with no hint as to which half failed.
Phones work a little differently. Neither the App Store nor Google Play lists a Vegastars app, and there’s no APK, so you sign in through the browser or through the Progressive Web App (PWA): vegastars12.com saved from Safari or Chrome as a home-screen icon. That icon opens the same site in its own window, with the same account and password. On an iPhone it may ask you to sign in again, even when Safari remembers you. Our Vegastars app guide walks through the installation.

Vegastars login problems by symptom
Rows begin with what’s on your screen, and anything in quotation marks is Vegastars’ own wording.
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The page won’t open, or shows a 403 error or “Blocked Access – Vegastars” | An old mirror: vegastars5.com, vegastars7.com and vegastars8.com are closed | Type www.vegastars12.com yourself and bookmark it |
| A Cloudflare error, or a security check that keeps repeating | Vegastars sits behind Cloudflare, which can stop traffic from VPNs, proxies and some privacy extensions | Switch the VPN off (clause 9.7 bans it anyway), let the check finish, or try mobile data and another browser |
| The site is blocked on your phone, laptop or network | A gambling blocker such as Gamban or BetBlocker, a parental control or a work network filter | If you installed the blocker to cut back, it is doing its job: leave it on |
| “Invalid email or password” | A typo, caps lock, or an email that isn’t the one on the account | Try your username in place of the email, then reset the password |
| “Access to this site is restricted.” | The message Vegastars shows when an account isn’t eligible to sign in on the domain in use | Sign in at www.vegastars12.com; the .vip domains are for invited VIP players |
| “Self-Exclusion option is ON, logging in is impossible” | A self-exclusion is running | It ends on its set date. If you never set one, contact support at once: the same screen warns that your account may have been hacked |
| The home-screen icon opens an offline screen | No internet connection; the PWA’s offline screen is only a placeholder | Reconnect: sign-in, games and the cashier all need a connection |
| A game says “This game is not available in your jurisdiction!” | That title is restricted in the place you’re connecting from | Pick another game; a VPN to get round it would break clause 9.7 |
Travelling? New Zealand isn’t on Vegastars’ restricted list (clause 3.5), but the country you’re in may be. And if vegastars12.com won’t load on Wi-Fi or on mobile data, with no VPN or blocker running, email [email protected]. The live chat lives inside the site and goes down with it.
Forgotten password or lost access to your email
On the sign-in form, the “Forgot password?” link opens a recovery box that asks for your email address. Submit it and Vegastars sends a reset link, confirmed on screen with “We have emailed your password reset link!”. Vegastars’ forms enforce a minimum of eight characters: choose a new password at least that long and don’t reuse it anywhere else. With access restored, Change password in your account settings does the same job.
When the email doesn’t arrive, look in spam and promotions, and check that you entered the address you registered with. Lost control of that inbox, or found it changed? Go to live chat or [email protected] and let support tell you what it needs to confirm the account is yours, since Vegastars doesn’t publish that procedure. Documents go only through your account’s verification section or to [email protected], never to an address that contacted you first. A second account won’t get you back in either: clause 9.1 allows one per person.
Account states that change what happens after sign-in
Not every lockout is a fault. The account states below decide whether you can sign in at all and what’s open to you once you have:
- Time-out. One day, one week, one month or three months. Deposits and promotions switch off while withdrawals stay available, according to the Help Centre. Once confirmed, the break can’t be cut short.
- Self-exclusion. Three months, six months, one year, five years or permanent. Sign-in is refused for the whole period, and Vegastars’ self-exclusion settings state that neither you nor the support team can lift it. An exclusion of six months or longer finishes with a pause of three days and a documented confirmation, and Vegastars’ responsible gambling policy extends it to every brand of the licence holder. Both tools are explained on our page about the Vegastars time-out and self-exclusion options.
- Verification hold. A withdrawal from an unverified account waits for the checks, and the KYC team can phone you as part of them. If two weeks pass after the request without it reaching you, the account is blocked (clause 9.9). The call and the documents are covered in the Vegastars verification process.
- Pending withdrawal. Transaction History shows each request’s status, and a pending one can be cancelled there. Vegastars’ stated approval time is about an hour for most requests, with large ones taking up to 24 hours. A Vegastars pending withdrawal that sits longer has its own next steps.
- Dormant account. After 12 months without a login, clause 14.1 lets Vegastars charge €10 a month, so withdraw before a long break or sign in at least once a year.
- A second account or a VPN. Clause 9.1 allows one account per person and clause 9.7 prohibits VPNs.
There is also a change coming that no account setting covers. Vegastars is operated from outside New Zealand and does not hold a New Zealand licence. The DIA says New Zealanders are not breaking the law by playing at overseas casinos that were already serving New Zealand before 1 May 2026, but it describes this as an unregulated activity with no guarantee of player safety. New Zealand player protections do not apply. From 1 December 2026, providers that have not applied for a New Zealand licence must stop serving New Zealand customers. No public source says whether Vegastars’ operator, Neptune Projects S.R.L., has applied. Keep money in the account only as long as you need to.
How to contact Vegastars support
Each kind of request has its own address at Vegastars. Chat suits short questions, and email leaves you a written record.
| Channel | Address | Use it for | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | Inside vegastars12.com, run on Intercom | Sign-in trouble, payments, quick questions | Vegastars says it runs 24/7; out of reach while the site won’t load |
| Support email | [email protected] | Lockouts, a reset email that never came, a site that won’t open | The responsible gambling page also takes self-exclusion requests here |
| Complaints | [email protected] | Formal complaints under section 16 of the terms | A dispute over a bet must be raised within 3 days of its settlement (clause 16.4) |
| Responsible gambling | [email protected] | Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion (clause 9.8) | Permanent self-exclusion goes through the support team |
| Data protection | [email protected] | Requests about your personal data | Named in Vegastars’ privacy policy |
| Help Centre | intercom.help/vegastars | Self-service answers in 8 sections: About, Casino, Referral, Account, Payments, VIP, Tournaments, Responsible Gambling | 42 articles when we read them on 2 October 2026 |
| Telegram | Vegastars’ channel and bot, linked from the site footer | The TG50 code: 50 free spins through the bot (40x wagering, T&Cs apply) | Use email for anything about your account |
| Phone | None published | No inbound line | The only call is outbound, from the KYC team during checks (clause 9.9) |
| Outside dispute body | EGIS FZCO, [email protected] | A complaint Vegastars hasn’t resolved | Named in section 16 of the terms; no New Zealand body takes part |
Chat response times are something we didn’t measure. Trustpilot reviewers who rate Vegastars highly often mention quick, polite answers within minutes. Most one-star reviews written in July and August 2026 are about payouts that took one to two weeks, and a fast reply doesn’t settle that by itself. Anything you might need to show later, a delayed withdrawal or a self-exclusion request for instance, belongs in email or a saved transcript. Don’t be thrown by the Help Centre’s domain: it sits on intercom.help, the platform that also runs the chat.
Keeping your Vegastars login safe
- Type the address once, bookmark it and use the bookmark from then on. A sign-in link in a message, an email or a search ad can lead to a copy built to harvest passwords; this guide has no login form of its own.
- Choose a password of eight characters or more and keep it for Vegastars alone.
- Look at Login History in your account settings from time to time. A sign-in you don’t recognise, or a password typed into a look-alike site, calls for a new password on vegastars12.com at once and a note to [email protected].
- Upload ID only through the verification section of your account. There is no Vegastars app to install, so any file offered as a “Vegastars APK” is a third party’s.
Our guide to account security at Vegastars goes further into fake domains, cloned sign-in pages and requests for documents.

Vegastars login FAQ
How do I log in to Vegastars from New Zealand?
Go to www.vegastars12.com/en-NZ/, choose Login and enter your email or username with your password. The steps are the same in Safari or Chrome on a phone, or tap the home-screen icon if you’ve added the PWA. vegastars.com, vegastars1.com and vegastars11.com forward to the same site.
Is Vegastars down or blocked in New Zealand?
The New Zealand government documents we read up to 2 October 2026 describe no internet-provider block on offshore casinos, and New Zealand isn’t a restricted country under clause 3.5 of Vegastars’ terms. When the page won’t load, rule out a closed mirror, a VPN or a blocker app first. If vegastars12.com still fails on Wi-Fi and mobile data alike, email [email protected].
What should I do if I forget my Vegastars password?
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in form, enter the email you registered with and open the reset link Vegastars sends. If nothing arrives, or you’ve lost access to that email, contact live chat or [email protected].
Can I use a VPN to log in from New Zealand?
No. VPNs are banned under clause 9.7 of the terms, and with New Zealand absent from the restricted-country list there’s nothing to get around in the first place. A VPN can also trip Cloudflare’s security checks and stop the page loading.
Why was my Vegastars account blocked?
The terms name one trigger outright: the account is blocked when the KYC team still hasn’t reached you two weeks after a withdrawal request (clause 9.9). A self-exclusion also refuses sign-in for its whole period, and a second account or VPN use breaks clauses 9.1 and 9.7. Ask support which one applies and keep the answer in writing.
Does Vegastars have a phone number, and how fast is live chat?
No phone number is published; the only calls come from the KYC team during checks. For speed, use live chat: Vegastars says it runs 24/7, and Trustpilot reviewers often describe answers within minutes, though we haven’t timed it ourselves.
