Vegastars Terms and Conditions: Key Clauses for NZ Players

Short answer: Vegastars’ terms are a contract with Neptune Projects S.R.L. of Costa Rica, and New Zealand is not on their restricted-country list (clause 3.5). The clauses that matter most for a New Zealand player: the minimum age is 18, each person gets one account, and VPNs are banned. Every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn, and payouts are capped at $50,000 a month. Once you request a withdrawal, the KYC team must be able to reach you within two weeks or the account is locked. Bet disputes close three days after settlement, and an account left untouched for 12 months is charged €10 a month.

Each point below keeps the operator’s clause number, so you can find it in the original Vegastars Terms and Conditions. Only clauses that affect a New Zealand player’s money are included. For an overview of the games, bonuses and banking, start with Vegastars casino at a glance.

This is a summary of Vegastars’ terms as read on 2 October 2026; the operator’s text prevails. On 9 October 2026 we rechecked the clause numbers and figures against the live terms, and they matched. Under clause 2.1 the casino can amend its terms at any time, promising email notice only for significant changes.

Who the contract is with

Clause 1.2 gives the website as vegastars.com, an address that now forwards to vegastars12.com. To check Neptune Projects S.R.L. against public records, use our page on who owns Vegastars. An unnumbered paragraph at the end of section 17 sets Costa Rica law as the governing law and reserves disputes to the courts of the Tobique First Nation, the community behind the Vegastars licence. Card payments are subject to Cyprus law and Cyprus courts; according to the operator’s footer, Sultucia Ltd (Cyprus, HE 464112) handles payment processing. The document mentions no New Zealand court or agency. Vegastars is operated from outside New Zealand and does not hold a New Zealand licence, so New Zealand player protections do not apply.

Joining from New Zealand

More than 70 countries and territories appear on the clause 3.5 list, including the United Kingdom, the United States and the province of New Brunswick. It records only where the operator takes players; clause 3.3 leaves it to you to check what New Zealand law allows.

Two more clauses limit who can hold an account. Clause 9.5 treats multiple accounts in one household as collusion and cites logins from the same IP address as evidence, so flatmates or partners who both want accounts should ask support first. Clause 9.1.2 excludes anyone enrolled in a national, state or multi-operator self-exclusion programme. Such accounts are closed permanently, and any refund is at the casino’s discretion.

Money in: deposits, currency and costs

Vegastars’ promotion pages allow your first three deposits to start at NZ$15 when no bonus is taken, which is under the $20 set in clause 11.4. Some of its marketing also suggests that NZD play avoids currency conversion. The binding text is clause 12.4, and clause 10.8 adds that the casino may pass on processing costs. Any deposit limit you set applies to every method, crypto included (9.10).

When bonus money appears is governed by clause 11.7. The first step of the Vegastars welcome bonus for NZ players matches 100% up to NZ$2,000, so a large first deposit can produce a bonus above €250, which is then held until verification. Check its NZ$ value when you deposit. 18+, T&Cs apply, 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus.

Money out: what section 12 means in practice

Suppose you deposit NZ$100 without a bonus and stop after NZ$30 of play. You still need another NZ$70 in bets before a withdrawal is accepted (10.8, 12.12).

Under clause 12.9, a withdrawal goes back to the method used for the deposit. New Zealand cards can receive Visa payouts, because 12.3.1 does not exclude New Zealand. Mastercard is treated differently: the country list in 12.3.2 leaves New Zealand out, so a Mastercard deposit is usually paid out by bank transfer. When you count the 3–5 banking days in 12.5, skip Labour Day (26 October), Christmas Day and the Boxing Day holiday on Monday 28 December.

The terms give no currency for the $50,000 monthly cap. On an NZD account, a NZ$60,000 real-money win would be paid as a $50,000 instalment straight away and NZ$10,000 in a later month (12.7). Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full (12.8). Our Vegastars withdrawal in NZ page lists timings by method.

Verification calls and source of funds

Vegastars publishes no inbound phone line, but clause 9.9 allows its KYC team to call the number on your account. If neither a call nor an email gets through to you within two weeks of the request, the account is locked. Clause 12.2 also lets the casino hold a payout while your identity is being checked. The documents involved are listed in our guide to Vegastars source of funds checks.

Dormant accounts, refunds and deadlines

Clause 14.1 takes the €10 monthly fee, or the whole balance if that is smaller, until the balance reaches zero or you log in again. Two other time limits apply. A refund request must be made within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if someone else accessed your account (13.1). Any legal claim must be brought within one year (15.1).

Complaints and disputes

Start with live chat. If that doesn’t settle the matter, email [email protected] from your registered address with your username and a full description (16.2). Clause 16.3 promises a reply within a reasonable timeframe but sets no fixed deadline. Screenshot a disputed bet on the day it settles, because the three-day window in 16.4 is strict. Where the internal process fails, clause 16.5 allows a free referral to EGIS – FZCO at [email protected].
