Vegastars Security: Accounts, Payments and Data
Short answer: use vegastars12.com, the one domain Vegastars’ Help Centre says to trust, for signing in, payments and ID uploads. Vegastars offers a PWA from that address, with no store app or APK. Hold one account, leave VPNs off (clause 9.7 bans them) and pick a password of eight or more characters that you don’t use elsewhere. This guide never asks you for a password, documents or money.
Vegastars runs the site, cashier and verification system. This page covers the player’s share, from typing the right address to where documents go and how you sign in, based on Vegastars’ terms and Help Centre as of 2 October 2026.
One address: vegastars12.com
Vegastars’ Help Centre page on avoiding phishing scam sites gives players a short rule: “Only trust vegastars12.com”. The brand domain vegastars.com redirects there, and the operator’s entry in the Tobique Gaming Commission’s validator lists its registered websites as www.vegastars.com and www.vegastars12.com. Some mirrors, such as vegastars1.com and vegastars11.com, forward to vegastars12.com; the rest are closed. Type the address by hand once, save a bookmark and make it the route for every sign-in. Our page on the real Vegastars domain lists every mirror, and Vegastars login problems helps when the genuine address won’t open.
How to spot a fake Vegastars site
We ran 13 Vegastars searches in Brave Search set to New Zealand on 2 October 2026. Third-party sites with the brand name in their address took 66 of the 130 top-10 places across 24 domains, against 10 for Vegastars’ own domains. Many are information pages. Others call themselves official or advertise a secure login, and a page imitating the casino to collect your password or card details is the phishing the Help Centre warns about. Warning signs:
- Anything other than vegastars12.com in the address bar, whether a near spelling or a different ending.
- A licence seal that doesn’t open the Tobique Gaming Commission validator, or a validator entry that names other websites. The commission also publishes a register of licence holders.
- A bonus that doesn’t match. Vegastars’ NZ welcome package gives up to NZ$6,000 + 125 free spins across three deposits, with 40x wagering (T&Cs apply), while other pages quote figures as far off as NZ$22,500 + 350 spins.
- A sign-in form reached straight from a link in an email, a text, a social post or a search ad.
- An offer of a Vegastars APK or other app file.
No app to download, only the PWA
The operator distributes no APK and has released nothing on the App Store or Google Play. On mobile, Vegastars is a Progressive Web App: open vegastars12.com in Safari or Chrome, confirm the address, then add it to your home screen, since the installed icon has no address bar. A search for a Vegastars app download brings up APK files under the brand name, none of them from the operator. Installing one means allowing apps from unknown sources, and a counterfeit app can show a copied login screen. The Google Play listing VegasStar Casino – Slots Game is an unrelated product.
Passwords, sign-ins and account rules
- Password. The minimum length on Vegastars’ forms is eight characters. If yours has ever been entered on another site, replace it via Change password in account settings.
- Login History. Your sign-ins are listed in account settings. If an entry looks unfamiliar, set a new password and write to [email protected].
- Two-factor authentication. Vegastars’ settings text mentions a two-factor option (authenticator app or email codes). We couldn’t confirm that every player’s settings page shows it; if yours does, switch it on.
- One account. Under clause 9.1 each person may hold one; an old account you forgot about still counts as a second.
- No VPN. Clause 9.7 prohibits VPN use, and clause 3.5’s restricted list doesn’t include New Zealand, so a VPN has nothing to get around.
Payments and documents
Identity documents go through Sumsub ID verification at Vegastars inside your account at vegastars12.com. Don’t upload them anywhere else or send them to an email address or chat account that approached you unasked. Vegastars lists no phone number; the only call in its terms is made by the KYC team while it checks an account (clause 9.9). Don’t give your password to any caller, including someone claiming to be from that team.
Vegastars’ proof-of-payment rule covers a card photo with its first six and last four digits in view, or a statement listing the Vegastars transaction, and gives no grounds to ask for your full card number or security code. Payments run through the cashier at vegastars12.com and appear in Transaction History, where an unfamiliar one is easy to spot. The operator, Neptune Projects S.R.L., holds your details and documents under its own privacy policy; its data contact is [email protected].
What this site does and doesn’t do
vegastars-casinos.nz is an information guide for New Zealand readers, served over HTTPS, with no login form, cashier or document upload. As we don’t take payments or ask for casino passwords, ID or card details, any message in our name requesting them is fake. Our privacy policy sets out the data we collect: server logs, a cookie-notice setting and emails you send us. Your casino account, password resets and payout speed are outside our reach; send those requests to [email protected].
